1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Timeframe:
- If you wish to return an order, we recommend raising a request immediately upon receipt.The maximum time frame for raising returns request is 7 days from the time of delivery.
• Item condition:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging (with tags, if any).
• Non-returnable items:
- Products sold under the stock clearance sale category on the website are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Custom or made-to-order items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
To initiate a return, you can use the return option on our website or email us at info@kashmirjama.com with your order number, reason for return, contact number and clear photos (if applicable).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• We’ll notify you by email or phone.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Please note:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• If a COD (Cash on Delivery) order is returned, we’ll ask for your bank details to process the refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for same item. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send us photos of the item and packaging.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you. Expect replacement product to be delivered within 7 to 10 days.
5. Shipping for Returns
• You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues.
